Warm tropical seas are home to diverse marine wildlife. Take this sting ray for example. They subsist on mollusks scooped up from muddy bottoms. Sting rays have rows of spines along their tails that inflict wounds and often contain poison. So before diving in warm tropical seas be aware of sting rays.
What a beautiful creature. Happy weekend
Love the way sting rays look from the bottom — like my mother said, it’s like they’re “Casper the Friendly Ghost”! ;b
I agree with YTSL – fearsome appearance but I understand they can be real friendly.
so i was figuring the shape of the “biscuit” only to find out it’s not actually a biscuit.. it’s a water creature — a sting ray?? hehe.. i was kind of attached in your blog’s name – ordinary biscuit! hehe..
anyway, it looks good! :0
Nice shot of that sting ray! Have a great weekend!
I agree with Jams.. What a beautiful creature!
Mine is up too!
Happy weekend!
Warm tropical water sounds quite good right about now. Lovely stingray.
First glance: it’s a UFO.
Second look: it’s a leaf.
Third time right: it’s a sting ray.
Great photo.

Oh my goodness, I love this photo! How often does one ever get to see the underside of a stingray? Cool!
In Chinese we called it “devil fish”. Stingray is delicious! Thanks for coming

Great take on the theme! Not something you see everyday, at least not for me.
