Oh my, I just thought of going on a diet these days. I never really planned for this. I just bought healthy food from the mall like thin biscuits, oats and some veggies. Gosh it’s not that easy. I easily get hungry and I sweat profusely, maybe I burn so many calories.

Anyway I learned that thin biscuits contain fewer carbs. Some carbs are really good, but some just stays on your adipose cells so would notice you got prominent cellulite.

Forgive me for promoting the branded oats, but I just couldn’t resist it. I got this oats from the cereal section of the grocery. I preferred instant so there will be no cooking which I don’t like to do. From its label, it states that oats contains fibers that acts like sponges.

These sponges absorb bad cholesterol that can clog the arteries later on in life.

Of course my veggies are always around when I’m on a diet. Green leafy veggies such as spinach, Chili leaves those succulents like cucumber and lettuce.
