I recently read about the life expectancy updates from different countries. As I anticipated those who lives in the more prosperous nations has longer lifespan as compared to those people in poor countries. Japan and San Marino tops the list, as we know they enjoy the worlds high per capita. Japan’s women live at the age of 86 years, if I’m not mistaken they are from Okinawa. Meanwhile men from San Marino live at around 81 years old the highest among males.
Sierra Leone men accordingly are expected to live only 39 years. This figure was released by a Geneva-based who conducted a study. Afghanistan women on the other hand are expected to live at around 42 years. As you see these countries are poor and people are struggling due to war.
There are good things though, some countries shows improvement in life expectancies like Angola, Eritrea as well as Liberia. We see these countries strive to rebuild itself.
These data were gathered by World Health Organization.
