Recently my lady office mates took some food supplement that can accordingly add up to their weight. And there really is a big big improvement of their weight. They added up weight and their uniform are getting tighter and tighter. They asked me once if “they were getting fat,?”, “Does this outfit make me look fat?” but I’d rather not point it out. I’d rather go for a tactful-but-truthful answer or perhaps a white lie. “No but maybe you should wear lighter colors”.
According to Allan & Barbara Pease, authors of Why Men Don’t Have a Clue and Women Always Need More Shoe, “The White Lie is part of our social fabric and [keeps] us from emotionally hurting or insulting each other with the cold, hard painful truth.”

Hmmm……interesting but I tend to be trueful if I’m really close to them and probably see how to help them reduce weight
