Everyday I travel 65 kilometers off my hometown to work for my company branch. It’s a one and a half hour drive so I really need a fast car. Earlier this month there was a memorandum from the head office that staff who drives daily should find individual reimbursement firm. Accordingly our company and the previous reimbursement firm will no longer renew contract as a result we are forced to find our own. I think it’s advantageous on my part right now since if the head office calculates my daily expenses on gas they would underestimate it. Maybe they think the prices of gas is the same in every city, but the truth is it varies. During the weekend I really seek out a local firm that would cater my need in reimbursing my actual expenses like Mileage reimbursement. I’m also looking for a firm that has a wide network of branches because I travel six cities, so everywhere I go they can serve me. I hope that my new reimbursement firm will be approved by my superiors in our head office. I can definitely attest that this firm will give me a justified calculation on my driving expenses without compromising the company’s money.
