Adjustment to new activities

It’s in our gene that we gain weight if we tend to forget to exercise. My mom is big for her weight, now my younger sister is gaining weight as well. It is now her problem, I suggested her that she should go to the gym with me and have some calorie burning activity.  Another way to shed those excess pounds is by using weight loss pill. At first she will really adjust to her new routine, but not to the point that she will skip meals. She should still eat her food, but in lesser quantity. I just hope she won’t get so big.
