Gym’s new equipment

Joining an exercise program means I have to exert effort in order to attain a full result. I often do some cardiovascular exercises like treadmill, biking and aerobics. Sometimes if I think I needed to pump my arms I get dumbbells to somehow give my arms some shapes. There was a little addition to the equipment in the gym, it is called the Elliptical trainer. There were leaflets given to us during the first week of its arrival. Accordingly it’s an exercise machine use to stimulate walking or running without causing excessive pressure to the joints, so it prevents injury. Everyone wanted to try the machine including me since there were many of us I just waited for everyone to experience it. Due to my peers positive feedback on the machine I decided that I would really try it. I finally get the chance to use it, I pedaled it for almost 10 minutes. I sweat and I think I burned calories. For confirmation I called the instructor and let him explain the data on the screen. Truly he said I burned some calories just by using this Elliptical trainer. He compared the previous data with the result after 10 minutes and there was a decrease in my fat or calorie count. It’s really amazing to go on exercise that burns excess fats without hurting yourself. Just like the Elliptical trainer I reduced my calorie yet haven’t hurt my knees.
