Problems on weight due to hypothyroidism

Do you always feel that you are bloated because you munch every time you like? Or do you have a problem with your weight even if you are not eating much? There are some people who have problems with their weight because of their inability to produce enough thyroxin, a hormone responsible for the metabolism of calories. This hormone is produced in the thyroid gland, if there is a deficiency of this the body becomes heavier. So many get thyroid gland therapies in order to normalize the production of thyroxin. Along with the therapy you may also use some best weight loss supplements coupled with exercise in order to help shed away those excess pounds. I have a college friend who had this condition known as hypothyroidism and she really was so fat during our college years, but when I saw her recently she was so trim and she lost so much weight. I get the chance to talk to her in Facebook and she said she loose her fat because she undergone a thyroid gland therapy two years ago. She is also a member of a local gym where I used to go.
