After an exercise or whenever your body needs special care indulge with these relaxing moves.

Scrub away tension. Refresh your body with ingredients rich in antioxidants: Blend ½ cup sugar with ½ cup extra virgin olive oil and 1 tablespoon vitamin E oil. Rub the mixture into your skin ne limb at a time and then over the rest of your body, using upward strokes. After you’ve applied, prepare a cool bath. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of Aveeno’s mineral oil based Stress Relief Foaming Bath (with lavender and chamomile). Relax in the tub for 10 to 15 minutes.

De-Stress your hands. Using the fingers of your right hand, massage the base of your left thumb for 30 seconds, then slowly work your way up to the thumb tip (20 seconds). As you do, let any tightness in your shoulders, neck and scalp release. Finally rub the fleshy part between thumb and forefinger for 10 seconds. Switch hands and repeat. Apply lotion first to make the massage feel even better.
Invigorate your scalp and evict flakes. Mix 1 teaspoon sea salt into an ounce of shampoo. Gently massage the mixture into your scalp for a few minutes, then rinse and condition as usual.

Soothe your feet. Fill a basin with warm water and add a squirt of body wash or tablespoon of bath salts. Soak feet for 10 minutes, then gently pumice, pat dry with soft towel, and rub in a rich lotion. These booties heat up when you pour water into them. While they’re heating apply foot cream; then slip on booties for 10 minutes of deep moisturizing and total relaxation.
