El Niño phenomenon

I miss the rain; it’s been quite a while since the rain fell from the sky. Actually the West Pacific area is experiencing El Niño phenomenon. It’s a condition where in there are little chances of raining in this part of the world while the rainy area is in the East Pacific particularly the South American region. Remember how the West Pacific was shattered by great cyclones? Just last year the parts of Micronesia, the Philippines and Taiwan experienced some of the worst weather disaster in histories notably strong typhoons. Now they are once again being hit by drought. Experts say that El Niño and La Niña bring significant temperature fluctuations in surface waters of the tropical belt of the Pacific Ocean: an El Niño event sees a rise in temperatures and La Niña witnesses a drop in normal temperatures. I just hope the weather will be back to normal soon.

The weather seems to be acting a bit strange all over the world. Just the other day, we had snow in the Southern Region of the USA.
