Yesterday I decided to go to my friend who now owns a hotel in the suburbs. He actually started as a lodging house for travelers who wanted to explore the suburban area. Well anyway I have seen so much improvement in his business, the hotel is now newly renovated, it is very clean and according to him it is almost full every day. I can tell that he really invested heavily on the exterior like he has a lot of wall sconce. He told me he ordered it from a famous wall sconce maker in the city. He also invested heavily on rooms such as placing LCD TVs, some fridge and so much more. He said he wanted to give the best accommodation to his clients so that they will keep coming back. His strategy seems to work because I can see that his business is really thriving and many clients keep coming back.
