Before working in the bank, I had the chance to work in an internet service provider company. Having that job was so rewarding because that was the first real job I got. I was also proud of myself because my preparatory course was not IT, but then the company accepted me to be part of the operations team. Well anyway I was assigned in the payment area in the office. Every day there are lots of people falling in line just to pay their dues. After several weeks of training, I was assigned to do the bulk transactions. I could not forget that day because I collected all the receipt produced by the receipt printer. As I remembered it was a 500+ pieces of transaction receipt. We do have the option of throwing it away, but I decided to bring it home as a souvenir. My mom asked me what those are and after finding out those were my transaction receipt she told me not to do it again as I am jeopardizing the company’s information with those receipts so I did not repeat it again. Several months later I finished my contract and my boss told me that I will become a regular employee yet I had a better offer in a banking institution so I declined the offer. Of course I was really thankful to that ISP company because they thought me on how to give customer service which I now apply in the bank.
