Working out two to three times a week

Aside taking weight loss pills I also workout for about three to four times a week so that I can get my desired weight. After waking up early in the morning, I immediately gear myself to run in a sports complex nearby or in the park located in the city center. After running, I will rest for a while and head back my pad. I will prepare some veggie food and I also prepare my weight loss supplement. The good thing about my weight loss supplement is that even when I eat less I still have energy because it boosts energy. Accordingly the weight loss supplement I am taking metabolizes fats in my body which transforms it to energy.
