I got really bored in the hotel today, even if there is an internet connection I felt like I still needed to breathe fresh air. So I then decided to take a walk in the downtown, okay I was warned by my co employees that this place is actually packed with goons and gangster, but nonetheless I still took the chance to see the beauty of the city. This also serves as a good exercise for me because lately I have never attended my gym session due to my hectic schedule. I just noticed that I really sweat a lot and my body feel like so energetic. I then found this convenience store, bought bottled water and headed back to my hotel. I estimated that I have walked four kilometers so I think is fair enough to burn some of my excess fats and at the same time get rid of the boredom I felt.
