Photohunt Spotted

Life is so busy for me. There are so much errands today than I expected. But even if I’m busy I have to at least update this blog because it’s been quite a while that haven’t joined Photohunt. I found this spotted beetle in the floor, thinking it’s harmless and doesn’t emit any fume I decided to get a picture of it.

Today on photohunt would be music so I decided to post my recent visit to a music festival held in a nearby university. I got the access because my friend of mine who studied in this university got two tickets, so he accompanied me to join him for the said event. Lights were turned off that you only see some of the students’ light stick. I enjoyed that night because there are lots of performances from different cultural groups.

I seldom join Photohunt nowadays, but when I knew it’s all about military I grabbed my camera and borrowed my little brother toy. It’s a toy car which was a gift from our Daddy in his birthday.

I have posted this photo once that was after our summer outing and I suddenly realized that this could be a nice entry for this week’s photohunt. When we had our summer trip it was Low tide so we had to walk several meters before reaching the water. Even tough it was low tide I still love it there because the water is crystal clear and there was almost a never ending warm sun.

WW: Arthropods

I was in college when I studied arthropods like this one.

Another arthropod the hermit crab caught my attention since they never produces shell instead they just look for empty shells and hide there if they fit in it. They are scavenger in nature so they feed mostly on decaying matters.

I took this photo after my family when on a beach to soak in for a little cool. I had so much talk this week anyway happy Wordless Wednesday.

Skywatch No. 3

I took this photo back when I was in college. It was rainy afternoon, my girlfriend and I was on a fight. I got a bit lonely that time thinking well getting an off. She had a class this time, if I’m not mistaken it’s Biology. So while waiting for her outside her classroom I watched the sky took a click of my phone camera (Nokia 6680).

After six months of on and off relationship we broke up. I just couldn’t take the thought of getting in a fight with someone I love. So, we decided to call it an end.

After that I just heard that she went out of the country and headed for Sri Lanka (maybe to drink some Ceylon Tea) joke. Anyway to confirm if it was true I called her house, the aunt got the phone and told me they left days ago along with her family. The aunt was generous enough to tell me the details of their relocation in Colombo place something.

I got sentimental with this week’s skywatch. Till then folks

This week’s theme is stripes. So I went to the park to find something that has stripes. I found this bamboo on one of the parks tropical section. Can you see the stripes on the bamboo? Let me tell you about the plants color. It’s a bit yellow because here in the FarEast summer is fast approaching. Dry season is in. Happy hunting everyone!
