It has been a year since I got my web hosting service and I am still waiting for their billing. Anyway the webhost that I have now is outstanding for my standards they really impressed me because their up-time was close to 100% just close because there were times that I could not log in on my sites immediately. Another advantage of my web host now is that I can easily understand the processes of maintaining sites because they have tutorial in video and in documents. The only problem is that my web host is a bit expensive unlike those other affordable hosting in the market. So if I would change my web host I would check on the web on, which is affordable yet the service is fantastic.

A friend told me that there is an affordable web host in web that is feature pack. They have the latest plug-ins, apps and I can even maximize the performance of my sites with their add on service at no extra cost. But before I get the service of other web host I should read some of the reviews of the users first on what have they experience or are they satisfied with the service. I hope I can decide as early as possible if I would change a web host or I will just stick on my current host.

House Plants do more than just brighten up a room with color and living energy. Along with being pleasing to the eye, they bring real health benefits to your body. Not only do complaints about headaches, stress, heart/circulation-symptoms and colds decrease when indoor plants are present, according to Dr. Leona Rogler in “The comprehensive office series,” but also richly decorating a room with plants can help to keep the air clean.

The good news is that a classic NASA study found that common house plants could improve air quality. In fact, they reported that houseplants were able to remove up to 87 percent of air toxins in 24 hours. The recommendation? Use 15 to 18 “good-sized” house plants in 6- to 8-inch diameter containers for an 1,800 square-foot house.

Plants can remove a variety of toxic air emissions including ammonia, formaldehyde, carbon monoxide, benzene, xylene and trichloroethytene. See the box above for some of the best plant varieties to choose, and remember-the healthier the plant, the more purifying it will be.

Osteoporosis is a disease of the bone that feature a loss of a normal bone density thereby increasing the risk of fracture or a break in a bone. It is manifested as a curving spine and a loss of height due to gradual collapsing of the vertebrae. In its advance stage, the disease can lead to porous bones that fracture easily.

Normal bone consists of calcium, protein and collagen, all of which give bone its strength. Bones that are affected by osteoporosis can fracture with what should otherwise be relatively minor injury that normally would not cause a bone to fracture. At its worst, osteoporosis can lead to abnormally porous bone almost as weak as sponge.

Osteoporosis, however, is preventable. Prevention consists in maintaining a healthy diet, taking adequate levels of calcium and vitamin D, moderate exercise and reducing the risk factors such as smoking and alcohol intake.

Although we all need to take precautions against skin cancer, those who are particularly high risk for melanoma-the most deadly form of the disease-need to be especially vigilant. What puts you in that category? After looking at 43 different characteristics, in 300 melanoma patients and 300 healthy controls, researchers at NY Langone Medical Center have reached a consensus on the six factors that count most: 1) History of blistering sunburns as a teenager; 2) red or blond hair; 3) marked by freckling of the upper back; 4) family history of melanoma; 5) history of actinic keratoses-considered the earliest stage in the development of skin cancer; 6) outdoor summer jobs for three or more years as teenager.

If you have one of these factors, your lifetime risk of melanoma goes up 200 to 300 percent. Two factors: 500 to 1000 percent. With three or more, it’s a whopping 2000 percent increase. To protect yourself, be extra diligent about wearing sun block, seeing a dermatologist at least yearly, and acting fast if you have a new or ever changing mole.

It is obvious that even in this health conscious times, we are getting heavier each day. It has been studied that most of the food right now are readily available thus we buy ready to eat food which has more calories than what we use to prepare at home. Also, ready to eat food contains more sugar instead of fat to make them known as fat free. The truth according to So why are Americans getting heavier is that sugar substitute is equated with the fat in the food so there is no difference in calorie content. Taking this food stuff that has sugar make us heavier.

So what is the best thing to do to avoid becoming heavy? Make sure you eat in moderation instead on relying on the calorie information because some food manufacturer or restaurant chain won’t compromise the taste of their products. The labels of these products might say its fat free, but there could be an additive on it as a substitute to fat so it will taste exactly the same with their traditional product. As we know fat has been link to many diseases like cancer according to Does the type of fat consumed relate to colon cancer prevention. Not only that fats are also a contributing factor in cardiovascular diseases, if too much of it is deposited in the arteries of the body. So be wise in eating food outside your home so you won’t get big. Meanwhile if heavy weight is the problem of most people right now, then people have to embrace healthy lifestyle this is the best remedy in order to retain a physically fit body. If you want a trimmer and sexy looking body try some exercises that can effectively eliminate excess fats. You will not only look good, but you will have a healthy body as well.

Drugs is a big problem in our society today. These illegal substances can actually destroy the mind of whoever use it. So governments in different countries ban these substances for the welfare of their citizen as a result many people would illegally sell these substances. There are even cartels that controls drug trade that is why drugs could not be eradicated in many areas.

Illegal drugs have so many harmful effects in human body if used. It can damage the brain as well as the nerves, it can also affect the circulatory system of an individual who are totally addicted to drugs. Undeniably the authorities can do a little with the drug trade, so many are hooked to this substance. With the continuous problem of drugs addiction, many agencies build drug rehab centers in order to accommodate addicts, giving them the necessary help for their recovery. They also give out medical treatment and psychiatric help for those who has difficulty in recovery.

Oh this post is not intended to promote piracy, I was in the Chinatown this morning as part of my yearly activity for the bank. I go here to market clients and I am really enjoying this. Every time I come here I always get to see products coming from China that much look like from the USA. The one that amazed me is the Blackberry 8900 quote imitation. I asked Mr. Chen-the owner of the store that his one product is cool I pointed out the Blackberry 8900. He said it is just an imitation and because of curiosity I really looked on this phone. The box was just a plain black box with a 8900 logo on it. I really want to look at it so I opened it and found out it has interesting features. A wifi, gravity sensor, and the interface was more like of Blackberry. It also has a 8 Megapixel which I think is really impossible. I was really shocked with the price because as compared to my smartphone it is a quarter of a price which really bugged me, but of course this is just a clone. I should have visited the Chinatown before I bought my smartphone. Anyway the visit was not intended for shopping it’s to work, but still I got the chance to window shop on some of the latest Chinese gadgets on the market today.

The gym instructor in the gym where I workout encourage us to bring ipods or MP3 players so that when exercising one is focused with the routine and avoiding the temptation to talk with other gym goers. Hmmm make sense granting that there really is a temptation of talking with your neighbor. Well anyway I tried bringing my ipod at the gym I listen to music while I was jogging on the treadmill. Just earlier today as I do my treadmill again I felt that my headphone got hot that it irritated my ears. My earphones are very wet so that’s why its hot because it got short circuit. I immediately run to the mall after gym to find a sweat proof headphones.

Sennheiser MX85 Sport II

The twist-to-fit design on these don’t shoot me orange phones takes some practice to master, but once we got the hang of it, the MX85s stayed put even we bobbed and weaved our way through a heavy bag workout. As usual Sennheisser delivers evenhanded audio with respectable lows and crisp highs.

Panasonic RP-HS Shockwave

These phones offer great bang for the buck though not literally, since they’re as bassy as Mariah Carey’s voice. Sound quality on the whole is middling, but that’s why they cost so little. Where the shockwaves excel is in the gym. Over the ear clips lock them comfortably in place during sprints, even if you sweat like Shaq, so there’s no fiddling earbuds that pop out.

H20 Audio Surge Waterproof

The first ever bass amplified waterproof earbuds deliver what we didnt think possible: good sound quality underwater. The Surges, submersible to 12 feet, delivered the best range of any headphones here.
